Easter got lost along the way when the Easter bunny & Easter eggs began to multiply:
rabbits don't lay eggs!
Easter is the resurrection of GOD himself, the Maker of All Things, who came, died for sins, and resurrected to re-establish the spiritual connection with mankind that was broken by deception & murder & the sin of disobedience in the Garden of Eden!
(Adam & Eve died spiritually that day, and we are all born spiritually dead....self-centered)
The "others-centered" God resurrected in the springtime of hope, and that is the only point about Easter!
